Job summary
Housing Association is seeking a D365 Platform Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will lead architecture, governance and ALM, driving integrations with Azure and other enterprise systems while mentoring technical teams.
The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic influence, shaping the technology future of a critical business platform and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Field Service) and Power Platform.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale D365/Power Platform implementations.
- Ability to set technical direction, governance and architect complex solutions.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Lead platform architecture, design and technical decision-making.
- Establish governance, development standards and ALM processes.
- Drive integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure and enterprise systems.
- Lead, mentor and develop technical teams.
- Manage third-party suppliers and influence senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve services through automation and Copilot.
