Job summary

Lewis Silkin is seeking a D365 Engineer to own the D365 platform end-to-end, setting architecture direction and embedding best practice across the Business Applications team. You will focus on D365 Customer Service/CRM and leverage Power Platform like Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to extend capabilities.

You will manage the Microsoft relationship, guide developers, and ensure smooth delivery with our partner ecosystem while supporting the Service Desk and broader firm needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 focusing on Customer Service and/or CRM.
• Knowledge of the wider Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).

Responsibilities

• Own the D365 platform architecture, lifecycle and release management.
• Service the D365 developers, review designs and unblock complex problems.
• Manage the relationship with the D365 delivery partner and Microsoft.
• Support Service Desk and translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
