Job summary

DGH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead D365 Software Engineer to drive the evolution of a large-scale Microsoft business applications platform. You will provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that support core operations and customer services.

In this hands-on role you will shape Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and champion best practices across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Expertise in developing plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong C#/.NET development background.
• Experience integrating cloud-based and enterprise applications using Azure services.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Define engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Drive solution quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
