Leeds Building Society is seeking a D365 Development Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, delivering secure and scalable enterprise solutions. You will guide the design and build of applications, integrations and AI-enabled products, setting engineering standards and practices.

Join a cross‑functional Technology, Savings and Channels team, with hybrid working and a strong emphasis on code quality, testing and release controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, customizing and integrating enterprise Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and model‑driven apps with customized UIs.
• Strong C#/.NET development for Dataverse plugins, APIs and platform extensions including AI- integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 engineering, guiding technical direction and quality from discovery to implementation.
• Oversee design, build, testing and release controls for enterprise AI agents and chatbots.
• Coach engineers and drive secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions across teams.
