Prysmian Group in Bishopstoke seeks a Customer Care Commercial Co-ordinator to coordinate customer queries, quotations and orders, supporting commercial viability and service excellence.

You will generate tenders, manage contracts and orders around £80m per annum, liaise with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics and Finance, and build strong internal and external relationships to deliver cost‑effective solutions while maintaining world‑class service.

Qualificações

• Educated to A level standard with grades A-C in Maths and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• A good working knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer queries, quotations and orders.
• Generate tenders and quotations with efficient turnaround.
• Coordinate contracts and customer orders around £80m per annum.
• Ensure orders and inquiries are accurate, timely and cost-effective.
• Maintain accountability of orders from input to billing.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as main internal contact.
• Support other Trade & Installer functions.
• Balance cost-effectiveness with world-class customer service.
