Prysmian Group in Bishopstoke is seeking a Customer Care Commercial Co-ordinator to manage tenders, quotations, and orders while upholding service excellence. You will collaborate across Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of contracts.

Qualifications

• Candidates ideally educated to A level with grades A-C in Maths and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• A good working knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.
• Passion for customer service excellence and experience in sales/marketing or customer service roles.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tenders, quotations and orders to support commercial viability.
• Ensure contracts and customer orders are managed to about £80m per year.
• Maintain accountability of orders from input to billing and resolve queries promptly.
• Liaise with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to deliver on time and cost-effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships and support other internal Trade & Installer functions.
