Job summary

Prysmian in Bishopstoke is seeking a Customer Care Commercial Co-ordinator to support the commercial viability of the Customer Care business by coordinating queries, quotations and orders using established procedures which include contract review, metal management and currency booking.

Key activities include tender generation, contract and order coordination, accurate order processing and cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• A-levels with Maths and English at A-C grade.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
• SAP knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate tenders and quotations with efficient turnaround.
• Coordinate contracts and orders valued around £80m per year.
• Ensure orders are accurate, timely and cost‑effective.
• Maintain accountability from input to billing and resolve queries.
• Liaise with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Build strong customer relationships as the internal point of contact.
• Support other Trade & Installer functions and optimise solutions.
