Job summary

Prysmian Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to coordinate commercial and contractual activities on large infrastructure projects. The role reports to the Contract Manager and acts as a central liaison across project, finance, procurement, SHEQ, and client interfaces.

Key duties include procurement & payment management, invoicing, change control, cost reporting, and robust document control to support project delivery and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract coordination or commercial support for construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-priority deadline management.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, invoice management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Purchase-to-Pay: manage requisitions, call-off orders and supplier quotations.
• Invoice, Payment & Cash Flow: oversee approvals, responses to queries, and timely client payments.
• Commercial & Contract Management: maintain change registers and issue commercial documents.
• Financial Reporting & Audit: review cost data, forecasts and year-end documentation.
• Document Control & Project Admin: manage MDRs, document lifecycles and metadata.
• Project Coordination & Quality: raise non-conformances and coordinate FATs and QMS processes.
• SHEQ Responsibilities: ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
