Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support large-scale infrastructure projects in the UK. You will coordinate contract-related activities across project delivery teams, manage procurement and invoicing, and ensure robust documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will work with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, SHEQ and client representatives to optimise costs, cash flow and contractual outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract coordination or commercial support on construction/infrastructure/engineering projects.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, invoicing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial, contractual, procurement, financial and document control support to project delivery teams.
• Coordinate between project, commercial, finance, procurement, SHEQ and client interfaces to ensure contractual compliance and robust document management.
• Maintain change registers and draft commercial documents such as applications for payment and variations.
• Manage invoices, payment applications and cash flow; support monthly financial reviews and audits.
• Ensure project documentation is controlled and uploaded to SharePoint or other systems.
