Job summary

Ensono seeks a Chief Technology Advisor to drive innovation and transformation for strategic clients. You will lead architecture efforts, influence technology roadmaps, and foster executive relationships to deliver value-based outcomes.

You will collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams to design reference architectures, guide multi-year programs, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, balancing client needs with Ensono's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect in hosting, network or related spaces.
• Deep consulting or managed services experience in hosting, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology strategy.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects through multi-phase lifecycles.
• Deep experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions.
• Full stack hosting knowledge: compute, storage, networking, security, DR, DevOps.
• Understanding of enterprise sales, especially IaaS deals.

Responsibilities

• Inform client about emerging technologies pertinent to their infrastructure needs.
• Interpret opportunities and drive short/long-term technology roadmaps to create client and Ensono value.
• Align IT roadmaps with business objectives and advocate standard reference architectures.
• Work with client teams to promote end-to-end solutions across mainframe, open systems and cloud.
• Collaborate to create Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for existing clients.
• Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to penetrate client accounts.
• Develop and document solutions meeting requirements for transformation and re-platform efforts.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Partner with Product Management to drive relevant enhancements to technology roadmaps.
• Help drive stability and innovation within the client’s state and future offerings.
