Job summary

Transform is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to shape clients’ enterprise architecture vision, align technology with business strategy, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives. You will develop solution architectures and advocate strategic architecture practices across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, define roadmaps, guide delivery, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture or related strategic IT leadership roles.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures and capability models.
• Proven ability to align technology with business strategy across large orgs and deliver architecture projects.
• Ability to raise architectural maturity and lead internal/external teams.
• Familiar with TDA processes and infrastructure/ security standards.
• Experience across business, data, application, technology and infrastructure domains.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, including with C-level leadership.
• Strong consulting background and client-facing delivery experience.
• Familiar with ISO27001, ITIL V4 and Cyber Essentials+ standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and standards across client engagements.
• Support pre-sales with transformation, roadmaps and enterprise architectures.
• Mentor consultants and build internal capabilities in architecture practice.
• Lead internal knowledge sharing and contribute to architecture offerings.
