You will manage executive relationships, support renewals, and spearhead adoption initiatives across regulated environments. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential. Experience with Salesforce is a plus and you will join a growing team in a fast-paced startup.

• 5+ years in a Customer Success Management role.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive relationships with sponsors and directors.
• Own retention, renewal discussions, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop tailored success plans and value metrics for adoption.
• Monitor portfolio health and usage to ensure platform integration.
• Advocate for accounts and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to scaling CS frameworks and playbooks.
