Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software; AI tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with executives and leads.
• Own net retention rate; mitigate renewal risks and drive renewals.
• Develop tailored success plans and value metrics to drive adoption.
• Monitor portfolio usage and health scores for platform integration.
• Advocate for key accounts and drive strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to scaling CS frameworks and playbooks.
