Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects end to end, maintaining scope, timelines and quality objectives.
• Configure and optimize Dot Compliance solutions to meet business and compliance needs.
• Share best practices and provide strategic guidance across the project lifecycle.
• Run training sessions and workshops to build customer quality management capability.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates and resource allocations.
• Track progress, surface risks early and drive proactive mitigation.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate deliverables while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and nurture long-term customer relationships.
