Job summary

VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire is seeking a Strategic Credit Controller to manage high-value customer accounts and optimise cash collection. The role offers hybrid working (3 days on-site) and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse account performance and drive timely payments, leveraging advanced Excel and data from multiple sources. Prior experience in credit control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of high-value, high-volume customer accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders via Teams, Zoom, email and portals
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance
• Identify, highlight and escalate risks, issues and opportunities affecting cash collection
• Take ownership of account performance and drive solutions to resolve disputes and improve cash collection
