Job summary

VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Credit Controller to join our European Credit Team. The role focuses on managing wholesale customer accounts, driving cash collection, and building strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Customer Service and Finance.

Hybrid working from Nottingham with 3 days on-site. Salary starts from £25,500 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes comprehensive benefits. Previous credit control experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to manage high-value, high-volume customer accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of high-value, high-volume customer accounts, ensuring effective account oversight.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders via Teams, Zoom, email, and portals.
• Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identifying risks and opportunities affecting cash collection and account performance.
• Taking ownership of account performance by driving solutions and resolving disputes.
