VF Corporation is seeking a Credit Resolution Coordinator on a fixed-term basis in the Nottingham area. The role focuses on investigating claims and disputes, resolving deductions, and supporting end-to-end order-to-cash processes across VF brands.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (3 days on site) and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Credit teams to protect cash flow and improve process efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts daily and ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve claims and deductions related to invoices, deliveries and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations and Credit to validate claims and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor open items and deductions with proper documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce disputes.
