VF Corporation in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a Credit Resolution Coordinator to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve invoice-related issues. The role offers hybrid working (3 days on site) and a salary from £24,500 per year, with 36.25 hours weekly.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cash flow and efficient order-to-cash processes while developing your finance career within our European Accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts daily with accurate data.
• Investigate and resolve claims and deductions related to invoices and orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations and Credit to resolve issues.
• Monitor open items and align with VF policies to ensure timely resolution.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce disputes and improve cash flow.
