Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a proactive Credit Controller to manage high-value customer accounts in the UK. You will maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers, driving cash collection and resolving disputes with a data-driven approach.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to monitor performance, identify risks, and ensure accurate reporting. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance or similar role.
• Strong IT and systems proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of high-value, high-volume customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders via Teams, Zoom, email, and portals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Identify, highlight and escalate risks, issues and opportunities affecting performance or cash collection.
• Own account performance, drive solutions, resolve disputes and support cash collection.
