Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Credit Resolution Coordinator for our Calverton, Nottinghamshire office. The role is hybrid (3 days on site) with a salary from £24,500 per year, depending on experience.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across VF brands and work to resolve claims to support healthier cash flow. The position offers exposure to an iconic, multi-brand fashion group and collaboration across Sales, Logistics and Credit teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts daily and ensure accurate data and status.
• Investigate and resolve claims and disputes including pricing, delivery discrepancies, short payments, returns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Credit to obtain information and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor open items and deductions with proper documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the claims management workflow.
