Job summary

South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive income generation through business partnerships, major donors and community connections. You will work with the wider team to deliver strategic plans and build a robust pipeline of supporters in the Essex catchment and city area.

The role is hybrid with Essex-based duties, requiring travel across the hospice’s counties. You will lead on sourcing, researching and approaching high and mid-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Corporate partnerships management experience with an interest in Major Donor Fundraising.
• Ability to use a range of fundraising research tools and techniques to identify appropriate funding opportunities and research grant options across a range of disciplines.
• Proven track record managing people and performance managing effectively.
• Current full driving licence with the ability to travel regularly across the counties the Hospice supports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the income generation team to maximise corporate supporter opportunities.
• Lead the sourcing, research and approach to low, mid and high value businesses in the catchment area and city.
• Lead the Corporate Partnerships team to build a pipeline of supporters to generate four, five and six figure gifts, including multiyear partnerships.
• Account manage a portfolio of high level corporate relationships.
