Job summary

Meningitis Now, based in Stroud, is seeking a Corporate Fundraising Manager to grow sustainable income through high-value corporate partnerships. The role leads strategy, secures new partnerships and manages a portfolio of supporters, delivering meaningful engagement and impact.

You will work 28–35 hours per week at our Stroud office, travel for meetings with partners, and line-manage the Senior Corporate Fundraiser while collaborating with senior leadership to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate fundraising or partnerships.
• Track record of securing new corporate partnerships.
• Ability to develop fundraising or partnership strategies.
• Experience in pipeline management and research.
• Line management or coaching experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Empathy and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a corporate fundraising strategy focused on long-term income growth.
• Secure and grow new corporate partnerships through prospecting, pitches, and proposals.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead cultivation, engagement and stewardship activities and events.
• Provide leadership and support to the Corporate Fundraising team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and ambassadors to expand opportunities.
