Poundland & Dealz in Walsall is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the creation, negotiation and management of supplier contracts, with a focus on Facilities Management. Based in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall, the role is hybrid and may require travel to other sites and suppliers.

You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage contract risks. You will lead negotiations, monitor performance against KPIs, implement contract policies, and mentor contract

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager in a large, multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and risk management.
• Ability to lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contract creation, negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Property Operations and Retail Support.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive cost efficiency.

• Build external partnerships and manage supplier payments.
