Poundland & Dealz in Walsall is hiring a Contracts Manager within our Property Services team. The role is hybrid and involves travel to other sites and suppliers, with accountability for creating, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers in Facilities Management.

You will lead contract lifecycle activities, collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Property Operations, monitor performance against KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety,

Competenze

• Experience in contract management across large multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and risk management.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory (safety, environmental, accessibility) requirements.
• Experience selecting, onboarding/offboarding suppliers and managing performance.

Mansioni

• Oversee drafting, reviewing, negotiating and performance managing contracts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Property Operations and Retail Support.
• Negotiate favourable terms and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain external partnerships for timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement policy improvements.
