Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own a portfolio of FM contracts across London and the South of England. The role is client-facing with responsibility for service delivery, performance, and relationships.

You will oversee operational and commercial performance, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and identify improvements to add value for clients while ensuring safety in all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts or multi-site portfolios.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing contract financial performance.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors and operational service teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational and commercial ownership of a portfolio of FM contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted partner for facilities needs.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs and internal performance measures are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate across multiple sites with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong commercial control including budgets and contract performance.
• Identify service improvements and opportunities to add value.
• Support contract growth by identifying additional service opportunities.
• Ensure activity meets safety, regulatory and client requirements.
• Prepare and present performance information in reviews.
• Support mobilisation and service-improvement projects.
