Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead and monitor planning and delivery of large/complex projects, providing experienced-based solutions for successful execution across all stages.

You will prepare reports for the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to planning systems enhancements and oversee junior staff. The role includes coordinating the 4D BIM model with the BIM Coordinator and chairing weekly planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt approach dependent on the audience.
• Produce reports and diagrams to a high standard to convey proposed sequences and methodologies.
• Strong use of Excel (use of formulae, pivot tables etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and monitoring of large/complex projects across all stages.
• Prepare reports for Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders on programme matters.
• Coordinate 4D BIM with BIM Coordinator and chair weekly planning meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Identify risks, monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies.
