Job summary

Bovis in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead project delivery, shape strategy and ensure contractual obligations are met across large-scale construction programmes. You will own governance, risk and performance reporting, lead senior stakeholder relationships and drive safety, quality and value through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing delivery strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client partnerships to win

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience on large projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and bid leadership.
• Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to drive safety, quality and value across delivery.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategy, plans and delivery targets.
• Lead client and stakeholder relationships to secure opportunities.
• Oversee pre-construction, procurement, design and delivery teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and risk management.
• Build talent, retention and succession plans within the project team.
• Promote incident-free and safe working practices on site.
