Dentons is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Risk and Compliance function. Based in the UK, you will clear conflicts checks, manage risk, and coordinate with global teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and client terms.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, integrity, and proactive problem solving. We seek candidates with experience in conflicts, familiar with Intapp Open and Elite/3E, and with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with conflicts and confidential information in a professional services setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (SRA, Law Society rules, DIFC requirements).
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant legal software.

Responsibilities

• Review and clear medium complexity conflict checks across the network.
• Own the conflict-check process from initial review to matter record creation.
• Escalate to Team Leaders and Senior Conflicts Manager as needed.
• Analyse engagement terms with Client Terms Team for impact of bespoke terms.
• Identify sanctions issues and liaise with Financial Crime Team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and review data in systems.
• Lead discussions with lawyers and partners to resolve conflicts.
