Job summary

You will work directly with lawyers and partners to analyse complex conflicts matters, provide practical solutions to risk issues, and support the ongoing development of internal processes and compliance systems.

The role requires collaboration with fee earners and partners to navigate regulatory and commercial risk, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to information barrier maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the refinement and evolution of internal conflicts search software, workflows, and risk management systems.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance requirements and internal risk policies.
• Mentor junior team members, share technical know-how, and act as a central point of contact for compliance enquiries.
• Contribute to group risk initiatives and support the maintenance of information barriers where required.
