Job summary

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. You will mentor junior colleagues and help develop conflict search tools and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of conflicts checks to identify potential legal, regulatory, or commercial issues for new and existing matters.
• Partner with fee earners and partners to deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions to complex risk challenges.
• Assist with the continuous refinement and evolution of internal conflicts search software, workflows, and risk management systems.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance requirements and internal risk policies.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing technical know-how, and acting as a central point of contact for compliance enquiries.
• Contribute to group risk initiatives and supporting the maintenance of information barriers where required.
