Job summary

Arm Quality & Compliance Internship is a 12‑month program in Cambridge designed to develop quality engineering skills and knowledge of safety and cybersecurity in automotive and AI hardware/software ecosystems.

You will work with engineers and business teams, analysing data, supporting risk management, and contributing to process improvements across Arm’s hardware and software platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Basic scripting/coding experience and familiarity with AI tools.
• Motivated to improve processes and deliver tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive quality and engagement.
• Collect and analyse quality data, report trends and support risk management for SoC designs and soft IPs.
• Coordinate for Functional Safety and Cybersecurity communities and events.
• Own defined improvement initiatives and deliver practical results with guidance.
• Support improvements to development and delivery processes for safety-critical and cybersecurity-related products.
