Job summary

Farfetch is seeking a Compliance Program Manager on a 12‑month FTC to lead end‑to‑end compliance program management and global policy rollout. You will oversee monitoring, training, and governance to ensure adherence to evolving regulations across markets.

The role requires strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and clear communication with senior leadership. You will coordinate policy updates, risk-based training, and cross‑functional collaboration across Legal, Ethics & Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee cross‑functional programs.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end compliance program management and policy rollout.
• Manage global training and awareness initiatives for mandatory compliance training.
• Govern ethics policies and ensure updated compliance standards across regions.
• Develop robust regulatory and product compliance frameworks for multi‑jurisdictional markets.
• Support broader compliance initiatives and communicate findings to business functions.
