Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to coordinate safety assurance, information security and Quality assessments across its Physical AI portfolio. The role works with engineering, procurement and finance to ensure plans, commitments and risks are addressed.

You will lead complex programs, manage schedules, dependencies and budgets, and collaborate with external partners and internal teams to improve assessment planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects or programs involving multiple teams and external partners.
• Strong planning, organisation, and budgeting skills.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and contractual commitments.
• Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Arm's product assessment roadmap across products and teams.
• Work with external assessment and certification partners with Procurement and Legal.
• Coordinate assessment budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Support assessment preparation and delivery, identify gaps and blockers, track progress and risks.
• Improve assessment operations with tools, automation and AI to reduce manual effort.
