Arm is seeking a Compliance Projects Manager on a 12-month FTC in Cambridge to coordinate safety assurance, information security, and Quality assessments across a growing Physical AI portfolio. You will work with engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure plans are aligned, risks are addressed, and commitments are met.

You’ll lead cross-team coordination, drive practical improvements, and leverage tools and AI to streamline reporting and decision making across the assessment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs with multiple teams and partners.
• Strong planning, scheduling and budgeting abilities.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage product assessment roadmap across products and engineering teams.
• Coordinate external assessment partners, contracts, costs, and commitments.
• Coordinate budgets, accruals, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Support preparation and delivery, identify gaps, track actions, and risks.
• Improve operations with tools, automation, and AI to streamline reporting.
