Job summary

FARFETCH is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of critical compliance pillars across our global operations. You will oversee policy deployment, training programs, and governance, ensuring alignment with evolving regulations and company standards.

The role requires strong project management, analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication to translate complex requirements into pragmatic guidance for the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies, conflict of interest programs, and global training rollouts.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working autonomously to drive program deliverables with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with cross-functional initiative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with robust experience managing corporate ethics and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of critical compliance pillars across global operations.
• Monitor and manage compliance communications and provide operational guidance on requests.
• Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with regional standards and regulations.
• Roll out updated policies, training, and awareness programs for new and existing staff.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior leadership and support wider initiatives.
