AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED on behalf of the Taylor Woodrow / Aureos JV working on Washwood Heath for HS2 is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive strategic commercial initiatives, optimize revenue streams, and ensure project success. This role involves leading the commercial aspects of the building section of WWH Depot, from negotiation to contract management.

Qualifications

Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and optimal performance.
Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability across services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal departments.
Monitor commercial performance, analyze metrics, and report to senior management.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution of strategies.
Lead and mentor a section of the commercial team with a focus on high performance.
Stay updated on regulations, best practices, and technologies to maintain competitiveness.
