Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited, on behalf of the Taylor Woodrow / Aureos JV working on Washwood Heath for HS2, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial initiatives, manage contract life cycles, and optimize revenue streams for the WWH Depot project.

You will oversee pricing models, negotiate with clients and suppliers, mentor a section of the commercial team, and ensure compliance and risk management across the project. A strong track record in infrastructure is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years in commercial roles with at least 5 years in leadership within infrastructure or construction.
• Proven track record closing complex commercial deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with influence at all levels.
• Able to develop and execute strategic commercial plans and analyze market data.
• Experience with HS2 is desirable but not essential.
