Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited, on behalf of Taylor Woodrow and Aureos JV, on Washwood Heath for HS2, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the QMS across the depot project.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client specifications, while coordinating with engineering and operations teams on quality throughout design to handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in quality management in infrastructure or heavy industry.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 QMS.
• Willingness to travel to project offices/sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in line with ISO standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Establish KPIs for quality across project departments.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), CAPAs, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies and procedures.
• Act as the primary contact for client quality inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with new quality standards, regulations, and technologies.
