Job summary

Collaborating with Finance, Operations and Health & Safety, you will manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or similar role.
• Strong profitability, cost control and financial performance understanding.
• Experience managing commercial risks, contracts and business performance.
• Analytical skills and confidence with commercial/financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and challenge where needed.
• Experience collaborating with operational teams for sound outcomes.
• Attention to detail and a structured, organised approach.
• Proficiency with digital systems and commercial management tools.
• Commercially focused with financial or contractual accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial performance across designated activities and contracts.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
