Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK. You will own project performance, client relationships, and overall delivery across programme, safety, quality, and commercial outcomes.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with supply chain partners, ensure contractual compliance, and drive risk management and continuous improvement to deliver complex construction programmes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing major construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proven stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, opportunities, programme delivery, and resources.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Sustainability requirements.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and take overall responsibility for successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary representative with clients, stakeholders, and external bodies.
• Manage overall project commercial performance and business outcomes.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement activities and approvals.
• Ensure effective contract administration and change management processes are implemented.
• Drive risk and opportunity management across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project programmes are developed, maintained, reviewed, and updated.
• Manage project resources, budgets, recruitment activities, and team development.
• Set performance objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, and Quality standards across all project activities.
• Ensure all incidents, observations, lessons learned, and improvements are captured and actioned appropriately.
• Produce project reports, forecasts, and management information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development and future work-winning opportunities as required.
