Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and civil projects across the UK. You will oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance while administering NEC contracts and guiding project teams.

Ideal candidates have senior commercial leadership experience in civil engineering, utilities, rail or nuclear sectors, with a track record of managing large budgets and developing junior staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial leadership roles in civil infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, rail, energy or nuclear.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and administration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale project budgets and commercial performance.
• Experience leading commercial teams and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities across major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts and financial performance.
• Administer NEC contracts and contractual obligations.
• Provide commercial advice to project and operations teams.
• Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiation and contract management.
• Manage change control, compensation events, variations and claims.
