Associated Seafoods Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead key retailer relationships and shape commercial strategies. The role involves negotiating terms, driving growth projects and working across Operations, Supply Chain, NPD and Finance to deliver profitable outcomes.

You will join a growing business, reporting to senior management, with opportunities to influence product development and customer partnerships across the UK.

Qualifications

• Has experience in a commercial, account management or customer-facing role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent project management and organisational capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with major UK retailers to shape product ranges and opportunities.
• Support development and delivery of the company’s commercial strategy and growth plans.
• Lead customer projects from concept through to launch and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, launches and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, Finance to convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Analyse market and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.
