Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with UK retailers to influence product ranges and partnerships.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, product launches and commercial agreements.
• Act as the link between customers and Operations, Supply Chain, NPD and Finance to turn opportunities into outcomes.
• Analyse market, category and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, costing and sales planning activities.
• Represent the business professionally during customer visits, presentations and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, performance and profitability.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with some of the UK's leading retailers, influencing decisions that shape product ranges, growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• Support the development and delivery of the company's commercial strategy and growth plans.
• Help drive profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify new opportunities that support the long-term success of the business.
• Lead customer projects from concept through to launch, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, product launches and commercial agreements.
• Act as the link between customers and the wider business, bringing together colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, Technical and Finance to turn opportunities into successful outcomes.
