Kirby Group Engineering in the UK & Ireland seeks a Commercial Lead to drive the commercial performance of the Power & Renewables Business Unit. This senior role owns all commercial activities from opportunity assessment and tendering through to project delivery and final account, ensuring risk is managed and value maximised.

You will provide strategic leadership across a growing portfolio of energy projects, govern contract management, coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Planning, and

Qualifications

• Degree required in a commercial/engineering discipline and senior commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record in power, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong negotiation, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and improving commercial processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead all commercial activities across the Power & Renewables BU in the UK & Ireland.
• Drive revenue, margin, and cashflow through robust reporting and cost management.
• Define and implement optimal commercial structures aligned with strategy.
• Strengthen commercial capability across the wider team.
• Oversee tendering, contracts, and negotiations through project lifecycles.
• Ensure governance, risk mitigation and compliance across projects.
