Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the senior commercial team. You will shepherd contracts from tender to final account, assess risk, optimise opportunities and drive business performance across UK projects.

You will support pre-contract tendering, work with delivery teams, and ensure adherence to safety, integrity and collaboration across stakeholders. A drive for excellence and CPD is essential.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Chartered Surveyor preferable.
• Experience with international, local and bespoke contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, PWC).
• Experience drafting and approving contractual entitlements.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial aspects of multiple programmes and projects.
• Develop and implement contract strategies; manage agreements to mitigate risks.
• Review specifications with stakeholders to identify risks or gaps.
• Manage project cashflow and ensure timely interim payments.
• Prepare final accounts and resolve disputes with clients.
