Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover. You will manage civil, MEICA, and process teams, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while collaborating with clients and subcontractors.

The role involves programme and commercial management, CPD development and fostering a one-team culture within a growing UK/Ireland operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Experience in Civil and MEICA engineering projects (concrete works, pipelaying, mechanical/electrical installations).
• Excellent communication skills and motivation to deliver objectives.
• Full Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary civil, MEICA and process teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Ensure HSQE standards on-site and promote a safe culture.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to manage expectations and contracts.
• Monitor project performance against programme and budget and report monthly to the framework manager.
• Lead procurement of supplies and sub-contracts and manage cashflow for projects.
