Job summary

Howden is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to large organisations and work closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives and grow the business.

You will be a proactive networker with a client-focused approach, able to question and listen to understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience winning new business and building long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• Ability to market, engage with communities, network and meet clients to grow presence.
• Tenacity and business curiosity to spot opportunities and drive outcomes for clients.
• Open to learning and progressing in Commercial Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients across the client base.
• Advise on products and solutions by fully understanding client requirements.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive growth.
