leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a commercially minded Cluster Financial Controller to provide financial leadership across a portfolio of hotels. Lead reporting, controls and business planning while partnering with General Managers and Shared Services to drive performance.

You will oversee balance sheets, cash management and audits, ensuring accuracy and robust governance to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional with hospitality or multi-site experience.
• Proven ability to produce management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to influence operational teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control processes across multiple hotels.
• Produce management accounts, forecasts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting and business planning activities.
• Monitor performance and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory and company compliance.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance.
• Support General Managers with financial insight for decisions.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash management.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
