Job summary

Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Edinburgh is seeking a Cluster Assistant Financial Controller. You will oversee accounting for all hotel departments, manage payroll, and monitor daily income and costs.

The role requires liaising with other Heads of Department, night audit, and cash handling to ensure accurate billing and payments. The ideal candidate will have finance experience in a similar property, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and Opera.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance in a similar sized property.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Experience with SAP accounting system and Opera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for payroll administration and daily income/costs.
• Produce profit and loss reports and liaise with Heads of Department.
• Coordinate night audit, cash handling, billing and payment practices.
