Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth across strategic target accounts, including net-new logos, renewals and expansions.

The role involves shaping proposals, working with Account Executives and Presales teams to create differentiating propositions, and targeting AI-enabled opportunities across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital workplace services. Hybrid-first UK-based role with senior stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within technology services, consulting, systems integration or managed services environments.
• Strong understanding of one or more industry sectors and the ability to translate business challenges into growth opportunities.
• Demonstrable experience originating, structuring and winning complex technology transformation opportunities.
• Experience selling cloud transformation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, infrastructure or related technology services.
• Track record of developing proactive sales propositions and responses to procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across the assigned portfolio and opportunities from inception through closure.
• Build executive-level client relationships and translate priorities into value-led propositions.
• Own opportunities from qualification through negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Partners and Presales to develop propositions and business cases.
• Position Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services against client transformation objectives.
